Tichnun Nof Ltd. Landscape Architects was established
in 1972 by Josef Segal and Zvi Dekel as a comprehensive
landscape architecture and design practice, specializing
in urban planning and environmental design.
Since then the firm has developed into one of the leading
architecture firms in Israel. Our reputation for design
excellence and environmental sensitivity has won the firm
several awards over the past thirty years.
We are frequently called upon by all levels of government
to participate in urban planning and policy development commities.

Shlomo is engaged in the profession of landscape architecture and urban design for the past 20 years, as well as teaching landscape architecture, urban design, and architecture in several schools including Cornell University and the University of Pennsylvania, (USA) Tel Aviv University, and the Technion. (Israel.)
Shlomo's main interest is divided between the planning of the city's streets and squares (the network that encompasses the major outdoor urban activity) and the planning and design of the urban parks with all their ecological, cultural, and social significance - and the relationship between the two.
